Bruce Irvin digs this rep by Seahawks edge Derick Hall blasting a tight end

One of the biggest question marks for the Seattle Seahawks going into the 2024 NFL season is second-year edge rusher Derick Hall. As is the case for most players in their first year, Hall struggled on the field as a rookie. However, the early signs point to a blossoming in his second year in the league.

While it's only been two preseason games, the Seahawks have to like what they've seen from Hall so far. One franchise legend certainly has. Here's Bruce Irvin sharing a clip and his approval of Hall demolishing a tight end for the Tennessee Titans last week.

Hall's pass rushing has been the main attraction, but he's also graded out well in run defense and tackling. Heading into the final week of the preseason Hall is the highest-graded player on Seattle's defense at 89.9 overall.

Once Irvin is done playing, the only guys left from that famous Seahawks 2012 draft class will be Russell Wilson - who also appears to be winding down - and Bobby Wagner - who looks like he could still be a Pro Bowler in 2040.
