After their loss to the Dolphins in Week 17, the Browns’ confidence was bumped up to 22%, an increase of 15 percentage points from the previous week. It might seem a little odd that the confidence level increased, given the fact that the team has been as inept as ever offensively over these last three games (as far as points go).
Maybe I did a good job when I put my salesman hat on, though, since I reminded fans that Cleveland is currently poised to get a Top 3 pick, and it could still be as high as the top pick in the draft. The Browns also just had quite a few Pro Bowlers and alternates, despite having a 3-13 record. If they can maintain those core players and put together a really good draft, coupled with putting this awful season behind them, maybe there is still a little bit of confidence for them to get back on track.
92% of Ravens fans are confident in the direction of their team.

There were no other questions this week, except on a national level to see who fans thought would cover the spread in this week's Ravens vs. Browns game. Initially, the spread was 17.5, and 42% of national fans thought Cleveland would cover — not because they like the Browns, but because it’s a very high spread. The spread has since increased to 19.5, per FanDuel Sportsbook.
