Broncos have 14th easiest schedule in 2025

The strength of schedule stuff is usually the least interesting aspect of analyzing the schedule when it is first released. This is due to last year not counting much towards this year in terms of identifying which teams will be good again and which teams will not. However, what Warren Sharp did with his schedule analysis was about as in-depth as you can get on the subject and he did a damn good job of it.

Denver Broncos have 14th easiest schedule in 2025 - Mile High Report

For the Denver Broncos it equated to the 14th easiest schedule in the NFL, but what that really means is that their schedule is just middle of the road.

When you get to each end of the spectrum, the chart skews with the San Francisco 49ers, New England Patriots, and New Orleans Saints being further apart at the top of the easy rating than the Saints are from the fourth easiest schedule. While that fourth easiest schedule of the Atlanta Falcons is closer to the 14th ranked Denver Broncos here than it is to the third easiest schedule.

I found that a bit fascinating from his breakdown. Overall, I like how the schedule lines up for the most part. As Sharp noted, they get a mini-bye before hosting the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11 and a full bye week before being on the road against the Washington Commanders.
