On Thursday, the NFL player dropped this revelation in a post shared to his Instagram Stories.

In the short video clip, Hardman stood in a gym before a stack of barbells.

He donned grey sweatpants, a black T-shirt, and a matching backwards hat for the workout session.

"You gotta start working out with no shoes man," Mecole said in the video, which he recorded while standing in front of a large mirror.

He then panned the camera to his bare feet and said, "No shoes. Get them feet strong, you know what I'm saying," before flexing his arm for the camera.

"Yeah, good work," the 27-year-old added, before ending the recording.

Green Bay is expecting Mecole Hardman to be an 'impactful player'

The incoming Green Bay wide receiver is predicted to be an impactful player this season.

He won three Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs before signing a one year deal with the Packers.

Last season, he caught 12 passes for 90 yards and had 203 punt return yards and 132 kick return yards.

"He obviously adds an element of speed to our football team. He’s been in big games and played well in big games," Packers General manager Brian Gutekunst said, according to "Packers Wire."

"He’s been hampered by some injuries along the way, but I think when he’s healthy, he’s certainly an impactful player," he added.

The Pro-Bowler ran a 40-yard dash in 4.33 seconds coming out of Georgia and had some explosive plays during his time in the NFL.
