Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix had one of his best games of his young career on Sunday. This is after the former Oregon star led Denver to a playoff-clinching win against the two-time defending champions Kansas City Chiefs, 38-0.
There's no denying that the Chiefs resting their key players in this one played a significant role in the blowout, but that does not take away from the fact that Nix turned in an incredible performance.
The 24-year-old completed 26-of-29 passes for 321 yards, four touchdowns and zero interceptions as the Broncos secured their 10th win of the season.
Sunday's win means that Denver has now booked a spot in the postseason. They will face Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills in the Wild Card Round on Sunday.
Bo Nix's wife Izzy Nix was in attendance at Empower Field at Mile High to support her man. After the big win, she took to Instagram to send a two-word message to celebrate the Broncos' achievement.

In another post, Izzy Nix shared a video of the jumbotron at Empower Field announcing the Broncos clinching a playoff spot.

According to People, Bo and Izzy Nix first met at Auburn University in 2020. Bo Nix suited up for the Tigers for three seasons before transferring to Oregon, while Izzy Nix was an Auburn cheerleader.
The couple tied the knot on July 2, 2022, in their home state of Alabama.
Izzy Nix has been very supportive of her husband throughout his rookie campaign. Based on her Instagram post here, Izzy Nix will also be joining Bo Nix for the trip to Buffalo on Sunday as he makes his NFL postseason debut.
