The Buffalo Bills feel poised to be one of the best teams in football in 2025 with a well-rounded roster and an MVP winner leading the way.
After a positive offseason that has seen both sides of the ball be strengthened (more so the defense), the Bills have what most think is their best chance at winning that first Super Bowl trophy.
Of course, their constant playoff failings against you know who might have to be overcome, but they have the weapons to do it.
The big question is, can they?
NFL.com's Jeffri Chadiha, in his bold predictions for the 2025 season, has Buffalo finally climbing the mountain top.
"This is bold simply because the Bills have dealt with so much heartache over the last five seasons," Chadiha writes. "This team has too much talent and smart coaching to continually miss out on opportunities to get over the hump, which is why this prediction makes so much sense today.
"There's basically never been a better time for the Bills to earn the top seed in the AFC and potentially host a conference championship game. And if they can do that, they should win the whole damn thing."
Everything feels lined up for the Bills to do exactly what Chadiha is suggesting, but as we know, the football gods have a sick sense of humor. It is a long season, and anything can happen, but Buffalo has to be one of the favorites for the crown.
The talent is there, and the right coaching staff is there; it just has to come together when the pressure is at its highest.
Three points separated the Bills from a Super Bowl appearance last season, which tells us the franchise is close. But do they have enough to get over that playoff hump?
Given how everything else is in place, it might just be a mental thing for Buffalo in 2025.
