The Buffalo Bills and MVP winner Josh Allen are about to be one of the NFL's prime-time darlings in 2025 after a superb 2024 season that ended with an AFC championship appearance.
With Allen now seemingly taking his game to another level after his MVP win, coupled with the thought that Buffalo is set to take the NFL by storm in 2025, it makes sense to get a lot of eyeballs on the AFC East champs.
And that is exactly what will be happening.
For NFL VP of Broadcast Planning Mike North, speaking on the It's Always Gameday In Buffalo podcast, stated that the Bills will be one of the teams the league relies on in 2025 to pull big numbers.
"For teams like Buffalo, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Dallas, Pittsburgh, you're talking about probably six, seven, eight, nine, ten nationally televised games," North said. "I think that's a team we're going to rely on really from Week 1 through Week 18.”
Allen and the Bills are perhaps in their best position to break through their playoff ceiling in 2025 after getting so close last season.
However, as we know, success in the NFL isn't linear, and a lot can happen that can derail a team. But the Bills, with their MVP winner in tow, will be in the prime time slot a lot next season. Good and remarkable things happen whenever Allen is on the field, and the league wants to take advantage of that.
There's a different feel to Buffalo in 2025, and with the entire nation watching most weeks, the pressure to make the Super Bowl only rachets up.
