“Austin Booker is the first rookie to appear on this list, and despite being a fifth-round pick, he projects to make a significant impact on the Chicago Bears’ defense. Booker began his college career at the University of Minnesota, where he redshirted his first year. He played six games in 2022, recording two tackles before transferring to the University of Kansas. In his single season with the Jayhawks, he excelled, accumulating 56 tackles and eight sacks, showcasing his potential as a defensive end.
