Bachelor in Paradise' Season 10 News and Updates

For the first time ever, Bachelor in Paradise season 10 welcomed cast members from the Golden franchise to the show. This meant that there was the possibility for age-gap romances, which is something that Jesse and Wells were hoping for. Here are all of the jaw-dropping Bachelor in Paradise season 10 spoilers.

Who Is In The Bachelor In Paradise Season 10 Cast?

Later, Sean McLaughlin, Lea Cayanan, and Allyshia Gupta were revealed in a promo.

Reality Steve has now confirmed the rest of the cast members, including Susie Evans, Parisa Shifteh, Jill Chin, Alli Jo Hinkes, and Andrew Spencer. This means that there are 12 men and 12 women in the Bachelor in Paradise season 10 cast.

In addition, ten Golden contestants were announced, including April Kirkwood, Charles "CK" King, Gary Levingston, Jack Lencioni, Kathy Swarts, Keith Gordon, Kim Buike, Leslie Fhima, Natascha Hardee, and Ralph "RJ" Johnson. This means that there are 36 contestants in total in Bachelor in Paradise season 10.

What Happened During The First Bachelor In Paradise Season 10 Rose Ceremony?

Who Went Home During Week 1?

According to Reality Steve, Bachelor in Paradise season 10 began filming with the first 14 contestants on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Sam and Dale arrived on the second day. Sam took Jess on a date, while Dale asked Kat to go out with him.

At the first rose ceremony, the women gave the roses to the men. The rose ceremony pairs were Jess and Spencer, Bailey and Jeremy, Kat and Dale, Lexi and Justin, Zoe and Brian, and Alexe and Jonathon. The eliminations were Sam, Kyle, Hakeem, and Ricky.

It's interesting that Sam went home week 1 because many fans wondered if he was going to get a redemption story after his villain edit on Jenn Tran's Bachelorette season. Also, it's not surprising that Kyle and Ricky went home early because they're not too well-known in Bachelor Nation. However, Hakeem is a fan favorite, so people will surely be disappointed to see him leave so early.

Did Justin Glaze & Susie Evans Rekindle Their Romance In Paradise?

Justin & Susie Dated For About Eight Months

Bachelor in Paradise season 10 contestants Justin and Susie started out as best friends, but Justin confirmed their breakup in August 2024. According to Reality Steve, they didn't get back together during Bachelor in Paradise season 10. In fact, just the opposite happened.

Before the second rose ceremony, Susie, Parisa, Jill, and Alli Jo arrived in Costa Rica. Susie asked Jeremy on her date, Parisa went out with Brian, and both Jill and Alli Jo chose to date Jonathon. At the second rose ceremony, the men gave the roses to the women. The pairs were Dale and Kat, Jonathon and Alexe, and Brian and Parisa. Brian chose Parisa instead of Zoe, which led to some drama.

However, the biggest conflict began when Jeremy gave his rose to Bailey instead of Susie. Justin then offered Susie his rose instead of Lexi, but she said no. At that point, Justin, Susie, and Lexi, who'd given Justin her rose the previous week, all left the show. However, Reality Steve believes that Justin left his rose behind to be used because Jill ended up staying. He added that the situation with Justin, Susie, and Lexi got "pretty messy."

In addition, Zoe and Alli Jo went home because they didn't receive roses. After that rose ceremony, Andrew and Sean arrived in Paradise. Sean took Jill out on a date, while Andrew went out with Bailey. This upset Jeremy because he'd been dating Bailey. After that, he somehow asked Susie to come back to the show, but she said no. This led to a major conflict between Jeremy and Bailey.

Hopefully, this drama won't dominate too much of Bachelor in Paradise season 10. Although people like watching train wrecks, it's also true that they were frustrated that no couples from seasons 8 or 9 stayed together after the show. It's also a shame that Lexi seems to have gotten caught up in a conflict that had nothing to do with her. Fans are always rooting for her to find love after her appearance in Joey Graziadei's season.

Were There Any Age-Gap Relationships During Bachelor In Paradise Season 10?

The Golden Contestants Arrived In Week 3

According to Reality Steve, during Bachelor in Paradise season 10 week 3, the Golden cast members finally arrived in Costa Rica. They lived at the same resort and were part of all of the rose ceremonies with the younger cast. Despite this, there were no age-gap relationships during the season.

However, there was a kiss between April and Sean. He made out with her during one of the show's challenges, but it didn't lead to anything more than that. The only other connection between the older and younger cast was when April gave her rose to Jonathon so that he could stay in Paradise because Alexe gave her rose to Andrew instead of him.

Even though Jesse and Wells were hoping for age-gap romances, it's better that the two groups stuck to dating within their own generations. April is 67 and Sean is 28, which is an almost 40-year age difference between them. It's simply too much. However, it was kind of April to give Jonathon her rose so that he could stay in Paradise a bit longer.

Which Golden Contestants Went Home First?

Three Golden Men Were Eliminated At Their First Rose Ceremony

Reality Steve revealed that, during the third Bachelor in Paradise season 10 rose ceremony, the Golden women gave out the roses. The pairs were Leslie and Keith, Kathy and Kim, and Natascha and Gary. This meant that CK, RJ, and Jack were the first Golden contestants to be eliminated.

The younger women cast members also handed out the roses at this rose ceremony. The pairs were Jess and Spencer, Bailey and Jeremy, Kat and Dale, Parisa and Brian, Alexe and Andrew, and Jill and Sean.

Who Did The Additional Golden Women Take On Their Bachelor In Paradise Dates?

The Answer Is Surprising

Before the fourth rose ceremony, Lea and Allyshia showed up in Paradise. Lea took Jonathon out on a date, while Allyshia chose Sean. In addition, Faith and Nancy joined the Golden cast members. Faith ended up taking Kathy on her date, just for fun. Reality Steve wasn't sure who Nancy chose for her date.

At the fourth rose ceremony, the men gave the roses to the women. The pairs were Spencer and Jess, Jeremy and Bailey, Dale and Kat, Brian and Parisa, Andrew and Alexe, Jonathon and Lea, and Sean and Allyshia. The Golden couples were Keith and Kathy, Kim and Faith, and Gary and Leslie, although Reality Steve wasn't one hundred percent sure about them. This meant that Jill, Natascha, April, and Nancy went home.

How Did The Bachelor In Paradise Season 10 Format Change?

Reality Steve revealed that, after the fourth rose ceremony, no new cast members were added to Bachelor in Paradise season 10. This meant that the format of the show changed, but he said that he wasn't given details about exactly how. However, he guessed that, because no one else was added to the cast, but the rose ceremonies continued, couples were voted off in some way at those rose ceremonies.

Reality Steve added that he knew that the part of the show when Jesse told the couples that they either had to stay together or break up was eliminated. He didn't know if the challenges helped to determine which couples went home, or if there was a monetary aspect to it.

Reality Steve also shared that the focus wasn't on the Bachelor in Paradise season 10 couples getting engaged. Also, a couple could still be together but leave the show because of being voted off. Reality Steve also shared that major drama ensued because of this change, but he didn't have enough details to fully confirm what happened. He said that he'd share more details when he knew them.

If it's true that the focus has been taken off of the Bachelor in Paradise couples getting engaged, then this is a wonderful thing. The show only lasts a few weeks, which is not enough time for people to make such a huge commitment to each other. However, bringing a monetary aspect to the show could ruin the whole premise of it. Fans will just have to wait and see how this all plays out.

Did Any Of The Bachelor In Paradise Season 10 Couples Get Engaged? Are Any Still Together?

Several Couples Survived The Show

Reality Steve confirmed that none of the Golden cast members got engaged. In fact, he wasn't sure if any of them were still dating. This is disappointing to hear because everyone is always rooting for them to find love.

Several of the younger cast members left as couples, but not engaged. However, they were all still dating at the time that they exited the show. They include Brian and Parisa, Andrew and Alexe, Sean and Allyshia, Dale and Kat, and Jeremy and Bailey.

Reality Steve also speculated that he couldn't imagine a Bachelor in Paradise season in which no one got engaged, so he's pretty sure that Spencer and Jess are engaged. It's encouraging to hear that the Bachelor in Paradise season 10 format led to more couples leaving in relationships. Perhaps without the pressure to get engaged, they were able to explore their romances in a more natural way.

These Bachelor in Paradise season 10 spoilers are very surprising. From the unexpected couples to the format change, it's certain to be a wild ride. It's also going to be very intriguing to see exactly what happens with the Golden contestants. Bachelor in Paradise season 10 might just be the comeback that the show needed.
