What Bachelor In Paradise’s Return Means For Franchise

The Show Needed A Refresh

Bachelor in Paradise has led to many marriages over the years, but none of the couples from the past two seasons stayed together after the show, whether they left engaged or dating. This was most likely because of unnecessary twists that made it ever harder for them to get to know each other in the very short time that they had on the beach, including season 8's Split House twist, which separated the couples in order to test them.

Bachelor in Paradise's return will hopefully mean that the show has a much-needed refresh. With a new location in Costa Rica and the addition of the Golden contestants, it'll feel like a whole new show, and that's going to be a good thing. Hopefully, Bachelor in Paradise's year-long break allowed the producers to work out its problems, and season 10 will lead to some lasting love connections.

So far, The Bachelorette season 21's Jonathon Johnson and Hakeem Moulton, The Bachelor season 29's Zoe McGrady, The Golden Bachelor runner-up Leslie Fhima, and The Golden Bachelorette's Gary Levingston have been confirmed as contestants.

Our Take On Bachelor In Paradise Returning This Summer

The Golden Element Will Be Interesting To Watch

Bachelor in Paradise used to be my favorite series from the Bachelor franchise, but it became increasingly harder to watch in recent seasons. The breakups after the show were very disappointing, and it seemed as though the show had run its course. However, now that the Golden contestants have been added to the cast, I'm intrigued to see how the show will work.

I always like to see fan-favorite contestants such as Jonathon, Hakeem, Zoe, Leslie, and Gary get another chance to find love. It's also fun to get to know contestants who left the Bachelor and Bachelorette early, and to see their personalities shine on the beach. I think Bachelor in Paradise season 10 has a lot of potential, and I hope that many people from the show find their happily-ever-afters.
