Madix, 39, corrected a social media user who accused her of getting work done via Instagram on Wednesday, June 4. To kick off the start of Love Island USA season 7, which Madix is hosting, she posted a Reel of her strutting into the villa wearing a custom Taylor Jean Cox set featuring 3,000 beads and a pastel pink top equipped with thick straps and a plunging neckline. Styled by Emily Men, Madix teamed the crop top with a low-waisted skirt that sculpted her abs and showed off her toned legs through the sheer, crystal-embellished design.

Madix elevated her look with a full beat, courtesy of Krystal Dawn, featuring pink eyeshadow, filled-in brows, rosy cheeks and filled-in brows. Her platinum blonde hair was parted down the middle and worn down and straightened, thanks to Carl Bembridge.

The Vanderpump Rules star kindly shut down the rumors, responding to the follower, “Nope! From last year to now I’ve lost weight and had my first laser treatment.” She added, “Nothing different.”

Madix then went into details about her treatment, sharing, “It was the trifecta from Juliana Clinic,” which is based in Beverly Hills. “You have to go like 4 times tho.”
