Vanderpump Rules has been off the air since May but the cast is still making headlines. Recently, former couple Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix caught fans’ attention after Sandoval shared an update on his and Ariana’s Valley Village home during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s house is on the market
Sandoval confirmed that the house is on the market in an October 2024 episode of his podcast Everybody Loves Tom.
“The house is going on the market. [We are] selling the house, getting it ready,” he said. “And Victoria and I are moving in together.”
Sandoval and Ariana purchased the LA home in 2019 for $2 million. They split in 2023 after Sandoval’s seven-month affair with Rachel Leviss came to light. The former couple resided in the home together for months following their split but avoided run-ins at all costs. The awkward living situation was captured in Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules.
Ariana explained why she continued to live with Sandoval post-breakup in an August 2023 interview on Scheana Shay’s podcast Scheananigans, citing financial issues as the primary reason.
“I pay a mortgage,” she said. “It’s expensive. I am not rich. I do not have millions of dollars and I’m also not going to squander my financial future and stability by putting myself in a position to f*ck myself over for the rest of my life because somebody else f*cked up.”
At the time, Ariana assured fans she had very little contact with her ex despite sharing a home.
“My room is kind of like a little apartment. I don’t see him, I don’t interact with him, and I stay in my own little zone,” she said.
Why has Tom Sandoval moved back into the house he shared with Ariana Madix?
During his recent appearance on WWHL, Sandoval confirmed he currently lives in his and Ariana’s home. Although, he’s planning to move in with his girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson. As to why Sandoval is still residing in the Valley Village home, he gave some insight during his time in the Clubhouse, telling Andy Cohen, that there is a lot of “heavy lifting” to do before the move.
“It’s been a lot of work. I’ve been doing a lot of the heavy lifting, it’s the way that it’s just been. It takes a while, there’s a lot of stuff,” he shared.
Ariana moved out of her and Sandoval’s home a year ago, purchasing a $1.6 million property in Hollywood Hills, Page Six reported.
A source close to the Chicago star told the outlet she loves her new space and is “excited for a new chapter.”
Is Victoria Lee Robinson living in Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval’s house?
On the October 23 episode of Everybody Loves Tom, Sandoval cleared up rumors that Victoria moved into his Valley Village home, telling listeners, “Victoria’s got her own house.” It is unclear if the couple is planning to move into Victoria’s home or purchase a new property.
Sandoval spoke about the upcoming move in a November 2024 interview with Us Weekly.
“We’re working on it. We’re in the middle of it right now,” he said. When asked about whether marriage was in the future for him and Victoria, he replied, “Yeah.”
“I just feel like there’s a lot of things coming up and, you know, with the future a little uncertain, I just want to wait and see what happens,” he added.
Sandoval and Victoria’s romance began in the midst of controversy but the couple has managed to build a life together despite the drama. The Bravo star gushed over his girlfriend in a March 2025 interview with People, telling the outlet he’s enjoyed his time away from reality TV.
“It’s been so nice, actually, to have this time with Victoria,” he shared. “I’ve been able to experience my relationship without cameras dissecting every little thing … I’ve enjoyed the privacy of it. And I think it’s helped our relationship a lot. It’s just been a refreshing situation to be in.”
