The bookings just keep rolling in for Ariana Madix. At this point, who needs Vanderpump Rules? She’s got acting gigs and her Love Island hosting job. Now, she’s set to make an appearance at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. She’s one of the headliners for the 98th edition of the parade, which means her post-Sacndoval fame isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
Ariana Madix is headlining Macy’s biggest parade yet
We all know that the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is notorious for its lip sync performances and Broadway showcases. However, Ariana isn’t set to perform. According to The Wrap, she’s set to make an “appearance” alongside celebrities like Jimmy Fallon and Chloe Bailey. Expect to see her standing on someone’s float, waving to the thousands of people lining the New York City streets.
“The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is a beloved tradition that marks the beginning of the holiday season for millions of live spectators and viewers across the country,” said the parade’s executive producer, Will Coss.
He continued, “A dedicated team of artisans and production experts at Macy’s Studios works year-round to bring this experience to life. This year’s 98th Macy’s Parade will create awe with unforgettable character balloons, one-of-a-kind floats, and the world-class entertainment only Macy’s can deliver.”
According to Will, this year’s parade is set to be the biggest ever. They’ll have 22 floats, 17 character balloons, 700 clowns, and one Vanderpump Rules star. Meanwhile, the rest of the cast is desperately awaiting updates on the future of their show.
The word on the street is that some of the cast members are holding out for a pay raise. Lala Kent, on the other hand, said there was no more story left to tell. Clearly, Ariana is the main character in her own story right now.
The 98th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade airs on NBC stations and Peacock at 8:30 am on Thursday, November 28.
