All About Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson's Relationship After 'The Bachelor'

During his season finale in March, Graziadei knelt on one knee and asked Anderson to marry him. She enthusiastically said "yes," and the two have been gushing about their love story on social media ever since.

In July, they shared a slideshow of pictures from their beautiful engagement photo shoot in a joint post.

Anderson, who wore a white tiered maxi dress, ran to her fiancé in one snap. In another, he carried her in his arms as she threw her head back and smiled.

They posed in a photo booth, explored New Orleans — where she had her hometown date on the show — and stopped to share a pizza in other pictures.

The two captioned the carousel of photos, "11.12.23," the date he proposed.

Anderson also shared a behind-the-scenes video from the photo shoot on her page with a poignant message about her late mother. In the clip, a mysterious glowing light followed Anderson as the pair took photos.

"6 years ago my beautiful mom passed away," text over the clip said. "She wasn't able to meet my future husband. But during my engagement shoot this orb was all over me in the videos my photographer sent me. I'm not fully sure what it means..but it means a lot to me."

In the caption, she added, "Every time I watch the videos it gets me emotional. She is always with me."

Anderson opened up to Graziadei during his season about grieving her mother's death and the role her father, Mark Anderson, played in keeping their family together.

Mark Anderson will surely speak more about his late wife and their family when he appears as a contestant on the upcoming debut season of "The Golden Bachelorette." Mark Anderson has been announced as one of the 24 men who will meet golden bachelorette Joan Vassos in the season premiere Sept. 18.

The proud daughter expressed support for her dad after the casting news was confirmed Aug. 13.

Beneath an Instagram video introducing the 24 men, she cheered, "LETS GOOOOO DAD."

Bachelor Nation will have to wait to see if Anderson and her fiancé make an appearance on "The Golden Bachelorette." Until then, read on to learn more about Anderson and Graziadei's relationship and what they have said about their wedding plans.

What happened in Joey Graziadei's season finale of 'The Bachelor'?

Graziadei and Anderson got engaged at the end of the "Bachelor" finale. Daisy Kent, the other front runner, self eliminated after picking up on the vibes and realizing Graziadei had stronger feelings for Anderson.

He said the proposal felt like affirmation that everything leading up until this moment made sense.

"I now have my forever and I'm the luckiest guy that could be," he said.

Anderson was then brought on stage. She said she was "so excited" for the world to see how "in love" they are.

"It's been very hard for me to keep this in for so long," he said.

Graziadei added, "I'll love you forever. This is it. This is it for me."

But, it was "difficult" for the pair to revisit the events of the show as it aired, he shared. However, the two have managed to work through the emotional moments.

"We've been the strongest we've ever been," he said.

What have Joey and Kelsey said about their wedding plans?

The engaged couple revealed in an interview with E! News that they have narrowed down the romantic, international location for their honeymoon.

Although the two haven't finalized all their wedding details, they know that they want to spend their first days as a married couple in Europe.

"We both want to go to Italy," Graziadei told the outlet.

He added that they were asked about their ideal honeymoon during a newlyweds-style rapid fire question game on their press tour. They initially gave different answers before realizing they were on the same page.

"She guessed Hawaii for me. And I think I guessed the same thing because I thought she would put Hawaii for me," said "The Bachelor" star, who used to live on the island.

"But we both actually wanted to go to Italy. So, now we know," Graziadei shared.

He continued, "Amalfi Coast, hopefully. Now it’s at the top of our list."

Graziadei said they both have to figure out the rest of the details wedding. In the meantime, he and Anderson have been busy celebrating their engagement since the finale has aired.

Anderson praised Graziadei in the interview for being intentional and loving. "And he’s goofy. And he’s really opened up to me so much. And just through this whole process, like we always said, we’re choosing each other every day and no refunds," she sweetly said.

She and Graziadei join the growing number of couples from recent seasons that are still happily together. Charity Lawson ultimately picked Dotun Olubeko in the finale of her season, and the two are planning their wedding. Season 27 Bachelor Zach Shallcross is also engaged to his winner, Kaity Biggar.

As Bachelor Nation prepares to usher in next “Bachelor” lead Grant Ellis, Joey Graziadei is showing his support and serving as a positive example.

After the show confirmed Aug. 12 that Ellis has been tapped to be the Season 29 bachelor, Graziadei reacted to the news on Instagram.

“Congratulations @grantellis__ !! Excited to see your journey unfold,” he wrote in the comments and included a raising hands emoji.
