Alabama men’s basketball has added another piece to its 2025 recruiting class from the home state of coach Nate Oats.
Davion Hannah announced Friday via 247Sports he has committed to the Crimson Tide. He also had offers from Missouri, Cincinnati, Ohio State and others.
“Alabama is all about winning,” Hannah told 247Sports during the live announcement. “They produce pros every year. They love to win. They love to compete. The Alabama culture is one of a kind and definitely something I wanted to be part of.”
Hannah plays for Link Academy in Branson, Missouri, but he is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hannah is listed at 6-foot-5, 175 pounds. The 247Sports Composite ranks him the No. 7 shooting guard and the No. 33 overall player in the 2025 recruiting class.
Hannah becomes the highest-ranked recruit in the Crimson Tide’s 2025 recruiting class.
Hannah joins fellow Wisconsonite Amari Allen, the No. 96 recruit and No. 21 small forward who’s from Green Bay, Wisconsin. London Jemison is the third commit for Alabama in this class, ranked No. 38 overall and the No. 9 power forward. All three prospects are listed as four-star prospects.
On Friday night, the No. 2 Crimson Tide will face Purdue (6 p.m. CT, Peacock) in West Lafayette, Indiana.
